T1 Infra - EHS Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Specialist to support the T1 Infra - HVAC project at our Taylor, TX site. This role involves inspecting, punch clearing, equipment startup, commissioning, and light hands-on work. You will partner with onsite supervisors to ensure that health and safety requirements are met and maintained for a team of approximately 16-20 individuals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and punch clearing for T1 Infra - HVAC.
• Assist with equipment startup and commissioning processes.
• Perform light hands-on work to support health and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with onsite supervisors to maintain health and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for approximately 16-20 team members.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety and health compliance.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety training.
• OSHA 30 certification or above.
• Experience in construction safety and compliance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift certification.
• Ability to provide and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE).

Work Environment

The role is based in a large warehouse setting, with 75% of the time spent on-site and 25% in the office compiling reports and data. In-warehouse transportation is provided, and the job requires being on your feet for the majority of the day.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
