Job Summary

Position Summary:
The Guest Relations Coordinator is to help achieve sales and profit goals while working with guests and management to provide a "World Class" guest experience. This is accomplished through strategic analysis, strong leadership, and strong customer service skills, all while adhering to the company's mission and values.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

Customer Service & Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service.
Communicate with guests via phone and email to assist with orders and special requests.
Maintain confidentiality when handling guest billing and payment information.
Direct the department's overall communication to ensure the internal guest understanding and external guest experience.
Communicate guest orders and special requests to staff.
Analyze feedback from clients and operations to continually improve services.

Operations & Sales:

Assist in setting standards to ensure all services exceed guest expectations.
Help create strategies to build business and continually build sales through strategic programs.
Assure the ongoing process of revenue development.
Promote the sale of profitable services.
Interact with guests on-site during events.

Team & Administration:

Provide guidance and feedback to the Leadership & Clients.
Maintain strong relationships with operating departments to ensure great guest experiences.
Promote a cooperative work environment to maximize productivity and morale.
Ensure all timelines are met for invoices.
Ensure team members have the necessary tools to complete their jobs.
Address and resolve guest concerns

Job Requirements

Must have strong customer service, computer, phone, and email skills.
Requires English reading, writing, and math skills.
Must be able to stoop, bend, and perform extensive standing and walking, including on stairs.
Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates.
Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work different shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Ability to experience and evaluate services in accordance with Levy standards.
Ability to taste and evaluate food products.
May be required to perform diverse physical tasks.
This is an on-site position.
