JOB SUMMARY:

• Provides for well maintained hospital grounds through the performance of grounds care duties, as established in grounds care program to include pruning, trimming, fertilizing, mowing, irrigation, pest control, snow removal, litter policing, and other related duties
• On night shift, will pull trash, walk grounds to clean grounds and garages
• Assist with any grounds work as needed
• Power washing as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma: GED equivalent or High School certificate
• 1-3 years of experience
• Must have full Maryland driver's license and good driving record
• Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• WEEKEND ROTATION REQUIRED
• OVERNIGHT SHIFT
• Training is on day shift

The position has a hiring range of $16 to $16
