Merry Maids of Columbia is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, supporting our Columbia and Millersville offices.

Primary duties include but are not limited to:

• Performing general maintenance and repair on vacuums and other equipment.
• Maintaining inventory of parts and supplies.
• Interior office maintenance.
• Responding to customer claims of damage or breakage and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ensuring proper care and maintenance of company vehicles.
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Conduct quarterly safety meetings.

Skills / Requirements:

• 3 Years experience as Maintenance Technician
• High School degree or equivalent
• Basic Computer Skills
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Be able to pass background check and drug screen
