Trillium is now hiring grinders/finishers for the 1st and 2nd shift in Mentor!

We are currently hiring 1st and 2nd shift grinders, both shifts will work Monday through Friday. 1st shift is 6:00am to 2:30pm, and 2nd shift is 2:00pm to 10:30pm. The starting pay rate will be $18.00 per hour to start.

Job Duties:

• Grind, sand, and polish stainless products
• Correct defects
• Prepare surface for further finishing
• Mark cracks and splits for repair
• Polish and grind materials according to specification
• Load or remove work pieces from worktables
• Clean equipment and worktables
• Maintain or repair equipment
• Follow guidelines and templates
• Other duties as assigned

-Prior experience with performing grinding/finishing within a manufacturing environment is needed to be considered for this position. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
