Are you a passionate and dynamic Executive Chef looking to work for a showcase school district in the Yukon, OK area? Provide culinary leadership including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Work directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution.

What You'll Do

Implement & coordinate the culinary function.

Direct & train cooks & utility workers.

Ensure food preparation & production meets operational standards.

Manage catering & retail areas.

Customer & client satisfaction.

Financial management to include food cost & labor management.

Manage food & physical safety programs.

What You Bring

Previous K-12 experience preferred and be familiar with the USDA regulations for NSLP, NSBP and summer feeding options.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), UFS, and Kronos.

Previous experience with providing leadership and training for the staff.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve complex issues simultaneously.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience - 2 years. Minimum Functional Experience 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
