Position Summary:
The Clinic Manager for the Bone and Joint Rehabilitation Services (BJRS) will serve a dual role as a manager and treating therapist. As a key leader, this position demands organizing and conducting therapeutic interventions to alleviate pain, restore mobility, and prevent disability due to injury or illness. Responsibilities include:

• Establishing diagnoses and developing patient-centered Plans of Care (POC)
• Coaching and mobilizing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Monitoring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
• Participating in staff training, hiring, and annual reviews
• Promoting clinic growth through marketing efforts

Position Requirements:

• Current licensure in the State of Tennessee
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy school accepted
• Preferred: Outpatient Clinic Director/Manager experience
• BLS certification required

Workplace Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years in outpatient orthopedic physical/occupational therapy
• Strong communication skills within a professional environment

Skills and Equipment Proficiency:

• Experience with EMR systems and proficiency in Excel
• Ability to document patient care accurately
• Capability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Physical Requirements:

• Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Stamina for prolonged standing/walking and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and assist patients as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments and establishing treatment plans
• Actively participating in a minimum of four marketing events per year
• Ensuring effective progress of patient treatment levels
• Completing timely staff reviews in collaboration with the Director of Rehab Services
• Maintaining professionalism in work areas
• Involving in continuous department improvement initiatives
