Overview
As members of the E2E Experiences team, our mission is to drive a high performing organization in a growth oriented global company. We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant Business Partner to support three directors in our Design Org. This role requires a highly organized, tech savvy, and proactive individual who prioritizes anticipating and fulfilling the needs of both the leaders and internal customers, acting as a seamless extension of the executive they support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who thrives in a super‑fast paced environment and is committed to maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional services and exceeding expectations, always keeping the customer perspective at the forefront of their decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic calendars: Proactively manage complex and detailed calendars, ensuring optimal use of time and alignment with Intuit's priorities.
- Support executive communication: Assist in preparing and managing presentations, reviewing reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Travel planning: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, handling itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Expense management: Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and promptly, adhering to Intuit's policies.
- Organizational maintenance: Keep organizational charts and email distribution lists updated and accurate.
- Provide leadership and guidance: Be approachable and readily provide counsel and direction to team members and peers.
- Understand organizational framework: Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s vision, business direction, and mission.
- Stakeholder liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between leaders, internal stakeholders, and partners, managing and prioritizing incoming requests, escalating urgent matters, and collaborating across boundaries to deliver outcomes. Maintain strong relationships and promote a “One Intuit” mindset.
- Exercise initiative and judgment: Display a high degree of initiative by taking independent actions and making informed decisions.
- Maintain awareness: Act as the organization’s observational point, staying attuned to employee needs and dynamics.
- Plan and execute team offsites: Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of team offsites, including location selection, logistics, travel coordination, agenda development, and ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a proven track record of supporting high‑level executives.
- Highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and effectively manage both upward and downward communication to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks.
- Trustworthy, with demonstrated ability to exhibit a high degree of confidentiality and integrity, and exercise excellent judgment.
- Collaborative team player who enhances team performance and focuses on overall organizational success.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook calendar management and expert‑level knowledge of Windows desktop applications, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite/Workspace.
- Exceptional time management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrates adaptability and enthusiasm for personal growth and new challenges.
- Design‑centric support: Interest in design or prior experience supporting a design organization is valued.
Compensation: This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area, California: $43.50–59/hr.
