Duties:

• Manage cases from filing through trial, including settlement negotiations, depositions, court appearances, and trial proceedings.
• Handle motion practice and other legal proceedings.
• Provide legal strategy and litigation support.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal staff for case preparation.
• Participate in settlement discussions and negotiations.
• Maintain an efficient caseload and ensure cases progress through legal processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in employment law.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking and critical thinking skills.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and social skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
