Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and track key metrics to generate valuable insights about our eCommerce websites and customer behavior.

• Ensure accurate reporting and measurement of site performance.

• Analyze performance data to pinpoint and improve friction points in the digital purchase process.

• Explore automation opportunities to enhance efficiency in team workflows and reporting.

• Monitor competitor activities and emerging digital trends to offer innovative web analytics solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Proficiency in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

• Aptitude for developing and presenting key metrics and performance trends to stakeholders.

• Strong proficiency in Excel.

• Experience with data visualization tools and SQL is preferred.
