Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the Payments or Insurance domain to help clients unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. This role involves collaborating with product owners, documenting functional specifications, and coordinating delivery with technology teams.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Payments or Insurance Domain.
• Strong understanding of Payment Methods such as ACH, Credit, and Cheque Processing.
• Experience in detailing user stories in Jira/Confluence/Microsoft Suite.
• Closely work with Product Owners and document functional specifications and coordinate delivery of the same with technology team.
• Review logical and conceptual data models in alignment with business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand and gather requirements and produce business specifications.
• Formalize solution implementations and ensure they meet business and functional requirements.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Preferred exposure to Native Cloud Migration journeys.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding on Payment Methods such as ACH, Credit, Cheque Processing.
• Preferred exposure to Insurance - Life, Property and Casualty.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
