Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.

• Develop and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to support business needs.

• Collaborate with business analysts and data analytics team members to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows.

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Clean Energy Solutions initiatives.

• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for Salesforce features and processes.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features or improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred).

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Process Builder, and AppExchange solutions.

• Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce.

• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience in developing Microsites in Salesforce

• Experience writing SOQL

Pay Details: $55.00 per hour
