Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Director of Sales and Operations (Fire) to join our amazing team in Northern CA. In this role, you will be responsible for sales, operations and service for our Northern CA and Northern NV Fire Business. This includes recruiting and directing the Fire sales, operations and service teams and providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. As a Director of Sales and Operations, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”
- Develop Market Strategy: Develop and execute a vertical or territory strategy that aligns to our company priorities and identifies why the verticals or territory approach was selected and how you will measure performance.
- Solution Alignment Management (Managing Customer Lifetime Value): Have a plan for leading the upselling and cross selling of services, managed services, and technology across all accounts.
- Recruit & On-Board Top Talent: Proactively recruit, hire, on board and develop top sales talent.
- Daily Planning & Encouragement: Provide daily & weekly sales planning and encouragement to all sales team members directly and through delegation. Employ methods for ensuring all sales colleagues have what they need daily to execute their plans.
- Continuous Improvement & Performance Management: Provide training, coaching and other methods for continuously developing your team. Deploy methods for recognizing and managing underperformance.
- Proposal Review, Pricing, and Support: Aid
