Summary

The Director, Consolidation & Reporting Lead manages the consolidation of GTN data across channels and the generation of reports. This role ensures the smooth operation of the forecasting module and maintains effective communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for GTN Finance, Pricing & Economics, Brand Finance, BIT, and the GMAx team.
• Co-lead quarterly/monthly and annual planning cycles with GTN Finance, including budget, forecast, LTFP, and latest outlooks.
• Own and manage the forecasting module within the new platform.
• Coordinate with GTN finance to maintain and communicate system-generated R&M models and related reports and coordinate end to end projections & Budget cycles.
• Facilitate financial/accounting true-ups and ensure accurate data flows.
• Provide inputs for planning cycles and actuals as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• Experience in financial consolidation and reporting
• Proficiency in forecasting tools and financial systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy while balancing speed with rigor
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts succinctly to senior leaders
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, collaboratively and proactively
• Knowledge of / interest in learning US pricing and market access dynamics in multiple therapeutic areas

Compensation Overview

Princeton - NJ - US: $196,160 - $237,703

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
