Digital Marketing Specialist - Personal Injury Law
Location: Burbank, California (Onsite)
Time Type: Full-Time
Direct Counsel is representing a personal injury law firm based in Burbank, CA, specializing in car accident cases, in its search for an experienced PPC Specialist to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
MUST HAVE PPC experience within a Personal Injury Law Firm
Key Responsibilities:

Manage, review, and execute daily account operations across Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo, and other search platforms .
Monitor and optimize keyword bids, budgets, quality scores, impression share, and KPIs .
Build and expand large-scale keyword lists relevant to personal injury law.
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on graphical ad templates.
Launch and manage paid search campaigns, including structuring accounts and creating ad groups for efficiency.
Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and goal tracking.
Stay current on PPC trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices .
Use Google Analytics and web analytics tools to monitor performance data.
Recommend improvements based on campaign analysis and results.
Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Communicate results, timelines, and updates to firm leadership.

Qualifications:

Prior PPC experience with personal injury law firms required.
Proven success managing Google Ads and multi-platform PPC campaigns .
2+ years of PPC campaign management experience.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency with keyword research tools, bid management systems, and reporting tools .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Personal injury law experience (2+ years preferred).
Ability to commute to Burbank, CA.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $100,000 - $300,000 annually (based on experience).
401(k) with 6% firm match .
