Our client, a leading innovator in the transportation and technology industry, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Customer Marketing department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $80-88/hour

What's the Job?

• Manage and optimize CRM and data operations to ensure data accuracy and system health.
• Serve as the primary owner of waitlist management, setting up automated triggers and providing impactful reports to leadership.
• Oversee data flows, troubleshoot sync issues, and maintain audience segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain marketing automations, collaborating with data and engineering teams to improve backend processes.
• Partner with marketing teams to define target audiences and create data extensions for lifecycle marketing campaigns.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce, marketing operations, or CRM-focused roles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
