The work:
As a Defined Contribution subject matter expert, you will be joining our Operations Team to own and drive accuracy and understanding of program requirements. You will contribute your expertise to ensuring our content and training materials used across the program are accurate, current, and understandable by non-experts. You are a seasoned defined contribution operations and process optimization leader with a proven history of balancing operational risk and participant experience needs. We'll rely on you to help us ensure our defined contribution operations are timely, accurate, and compliant.
Here's what you need:

• Requires 5+ years in Financial Services, preferably with Defined Contribution plans.
• Experience with client relationship building.
• Experience with managing programs and/or projects as it relates to retirement contribution accounts.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$88,600-$178,600 USD
