Job Description:
Experience Required: 10-15 years in the Cards domain, with a minimum of 5+ years specifically in credit card dispute processing and operations.

Deep understanding of the credit card disputes process , including workflows involving merchants, networks, and customers.

Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance requirements related to dispute handling.

Hands-on experience in dispute data remediation and resolution.

Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting.

Solid knowledge of the credit card domain , including transaction lifecycles and operational nuances.
Preferred Skills:

Ability to navigate complex dispute scenarios and drive resolution.

Experience working with cross-functional teams including compliance, operations, and technology.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
