About the Role:
We are seeking a Data Quality Project Manager to join our Data Quality and Governance team within Operations & Technology. This role will focus on driving data architecture, governance frameworks, and data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across data flows. You will play a critical role in managing data strategy projects, collaborating across asset classes, and implementing governance best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute IT work plans, schedules, and project roadmaps
Partner with senior stakeholders to track and manage project deliverables
Improve data quality processes, automation, and governance frameworks
Analyze data quality exceptions, identify root causes, and implement solutions
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data management standards
Prepare and present insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Drive continuous process improvements and recommend strategic enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in a data-related technology role
Strong SQL skills (writing queries, reviewing stored procedures)
Experience in Database, Reporting & Analytics
Issue tracking & governance tools like JIRA/HPQC (a plus)
Proven stakeholder management and team leadership skills
Detail-oriented, data-driven mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
