Construction Superintendent (Mundelein)

Are you a seasoned construction professional who thrives on-site and knows how to keep complex projects running smoothly? Were looking for a Superintendent II to lead field operations for large-scale residential and commercial developments.

This role is ideal for someone whos hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about safety, quality, and schedule. Youll be the go-to person on-sitecoordinating crews, managing logistics, and ensuring every phase of construction meets the highest standards.

What Youll Do:

• Supervise and mentor field staff and subcontractors.
• Manage jobsite logistics, safety, inspections, and quality control.
• Coordinate with municipalities and inspectors to ensure compliance.
• Lead weekly safety and coordination meetings using construction management software.
• Maintain project schedules, oversee material deliveries, and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with project managers to align field operations with overall project goals.
• Drive punch list completion, warranty coordination, and close-out documentation.

What You Bring:

• 815 years of experience supervising trades on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical rough-ins, building enclosures, and sitework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, and other construction management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 10-hour certification.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Design, or equivalent experience.

Pay: $130,000-$140,000
