Looking to step up and lead? We need a Commercial Lines Manager for our dynamic middle market department. If you're a Commercial Lines pro ready to shape the future of an agency, this role is for you.

Your Role:

You'll be a key player, managing a high-end client portfolio and optimizing our department's efficiency. You'll work closely with leadership to drive strategic growth and elevate the client experience. This position is about leading from the front, fostering a strong team, and making a real impact.

What You'll Do:

Manage and service a portfolio of high-end commercial clients.
Innovate new workflows and procedures for better efficiency.
Collaborate with the Director to manage daily operations.
Identify and capture new business and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure the team meets and exceeds agency goals.
Focus on delivering a standout client service experience.
Analyze monthly reports to measure progress.
Nurture strong relationships with our carrier partners.
Lead and mentor your team, creating a positive work environment.
Train staff on our management systems.
Contribute to hiring and staff evaluations.

What We Need From You:

5+ years of Commercial Lines experience.
An active MA P&C License.
Experience with Applied Epic is a big plus.
You're a proactive problem-solver and a natural leader.
You're organized, accountable, and a great communicator.
A team player through and through.
