This is a contingent position based upon contract award

KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented CMMS specialist to join our team supporting a government client with locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area. In this role you will be part of the acquisition management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the customers Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Assist with loading, managing, and overseeing data entries into the CMMS system.
• Responsible for the preparation and management of documents to support project managers in the execution of their duties.
• Assist in and supervise the physical asset inventories of various mechanical, electrical, fire and other building systems

Qualifications

Required:

• Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with willingness to sit for a poly upon request
• Minimum 5 years with BS or 8 years with no degree. of experience
• Must be a US Citizen
• HS Diploma with an associate or bachelor's Degree in related field strongly preferred.
• Certification in relevant CMMS systems
• 5+ years of experience with CMMS platforms.
• CMMS experience to include data input & management.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Basic Compensation:

$87,100 - $130,600

This range is for the Maryland area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
