Job Details
We are seeking a 40- hour generalist social worker that will provide a range of clinical social work services and case management to our patients and their families in our soon to open Needham satellite of Boston Children's Hospital (free parking!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Psychosocial screening and assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and facilitation of use of hospital and community services
- Acting as a resource information and referral program development
- Psychosocial consultation to multidisciplinary teams
Education:
- Master's degree in social work.
- Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in a medical environment and with child protection issues helpful
- Diverse candidates strongly encouraged to apply
- LICSW licensure in the state of MA is required
This position is 100% onsite
