Days Social Worker - Weekdays day shift 8-4:30A candidate will have successfully completed a master’s degree in social work and preferably will have had at least one year of social work experience in a behavioral health setting.Current valid Massachusetts license in Social Work (LCSW or LICSW).Skills/Qualifications:Familiarity with use of electronic medical record such as EPICIndividual case management and knowledge of managed careDe-escalation/restraint management techniquesMotivational Interviewing and short-term treatment techniquesBrief family interventions as neededStrong ability to assess and evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans to address the identified needs.Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to be flexible in a fast-paced work environmentFlu vaccine required for new staff starting 9/2. Current staff will need to be vaccinated by 12/1. (declinations not accepted).Local candidates not acceptedCannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past 6 months
