Shift: 8 Hours - Evening Shift

Job Schedule: Full-time

Weekly Hours: 40.00

Salary Range: $19.00 - $24.00

Special Offers: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement Available

Working Hours: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, every other weekend and holiday required.

Role Overview:

As a Nursing Assistant, you will be a vital part of our nursing team, providing compassionate, resident-centered care in our long-term care setting. Your responsibilities will include:

Offering assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Monitoring vital signs and documenting changes or concerns for nursing staff.
Supporting residents during meals and creating a positive dining experience.
Assisting with mobility and exercise routines to enhance overall well-being.
Participating in wellness and recreational activities with residents.

You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, adhering to safety and infection control measures while fostering a supportive atmosphere for residents and their families.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role:

You should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred but not mandatory).
Be at least 16 years old.
A CNA certification is required, or you must be actively pursuing one within four months of your start date.
Prior nursing assistant experience is highly valued.
Commitment to ongoing education, with a minimum of 12 hours annually.
