Cash Management Operations Associate
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow your career in finance operations without needing a formal degree? Join our dynamic team as a Cash Management Operations Associate, where your contributions will directly support our Accounting and Finance functions.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our cash management operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth handling of incoming payments and accurate financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mail & Check Processing: Manage incoming mail and process check deposits following established procedures.
- Ledger Coordination: Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the general ledger.
- Office Presence: Work onsite approximately three days per week to support hands-on operational tasks.
- Project Support: Assist with various departmental projects, including compiling data and generating reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- 14 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and procedures in financial operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $26.38 to $30.93 per hour
