$57,100.00/yr - $65,700.00/yr

Training and development
This role is a hands-on experience that develops supervisory experience, coaching skills, coffee/tea passion and business acumen, all to build your understanding of store management. You will learn how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, create and develop great teams, and build a meeting place in your community that nurtures customers. These foundational principles set up partners for success for careers in store management and leadership.

- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For other states, vacation starts at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered will be based on factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed. Starbucks is an equal opportunity employer.
