Business Systems Analyst

BSA Position

Pay Range: $66/hr-$78/hr

Contract Length: 3 Months

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, data modeling, and enterprise data warehousing. This role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to lead other BSAs, and a deep understanding of data mapping and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain source-to-target data mappings.
• Lead and mentor other BSAs on project teams.
• Design and document data models using Erwin or similar tools.
• Support data integration efforts using Snowflake and AWS S3.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise data warehousing best practices and standards.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services (banking) industry.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS S3.
• Proficiency in data modeling using Erwin or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data warehousing principles.
• Proven ability to create detailed source-to-target mappings.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading other BSAs on project teams.
