Business Process Analyst

Pay Rate: 45-50/hr
Insight Global is hiring for a Business Process Analyst to sit onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunications company. This Business Process Analyst will be joining the Customer Operations organization specifically within the Business Integration team. This is a team supports the organization's strategy for both mobile and cable programs, mapping out the processes, and ensuring the documentation & solution aligns with that of the team/ team goals. On a day-to-day basis, this analyst will be working alongside other analysts on new project roadmaps to understand metrics, ensuring the reporting accuracy using MicroStrategy, and making sure after process launches, that the strategy and solution align with that of the teams.

Telecom Experience
Experience using MicroStrategy for reporting
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
3+ years of Business Analyst Experience
Strong experience with Business Process Management Notation (BPMN): a way of documenting flows
Strong experience using MS Visio and Jira
Bachelor's Degree
