Business Office Manager Position

Southridge Behavioral Hospital is a beautiful and new state-of-the-art facility. As a joint venture with the Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, we will serve up to 96 adult and geriatric patients across four units and Partial Hospitalization Programming as we continue to open in 2025. We believe that caring, dedicated and valued staff provide exceptional patient care. The Business Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operations of the Business Office to include an accurate, timely and consistent performance of all functions pertaining to patient accounting (including patient account maintenance, billing and collection management), admissions processing, accounts receivable.

Hours and Location

Full-Time, On Site, Monday through Friday. We are located on the south side of Grand Rapids, near the intersection of M-6 and Byron Center Ave SW: 6291 Venture Hills Boulevard SW, Byron Center, MI 49315

Qualifications

Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field preferred, with certification through HFMA or AEPAM (CMPA or CPAM); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years experience in a multi-faceted business office preferably in a health-care setting, with one (1) year supervisory/management experience preferred.

Additional Requirements: Experience with computers and business software programs, particularly Excel.
