The opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DoN) budget and programmatic efforts. You will play a critical role in evaluating, coordinating, and preparing budget documentation throughout the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. This role combines business financial management expertise with advanced data analytics skills. You will support Navy financials and program oversight while also leveraging tools such as Power BI, Power Platform, and Office 365 to develop dashboards, transform data, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. You will need strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You have:

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management
• 5+ years of experience in MS Excel data analytics, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and large data sets
• Experience with Navy financials, PPBE, budget formulation, POM, exhibits, and business financial management program oversight
• Experience developing with the Microsoft Power Platform suite and providing technical support across Office 365, including in Teams, SharePoint, custom workflows, and automated processes
• Knowledge of DoD financial management policies and regulations, such as FMR, FAR, or DoD Acquisition System directive
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems

Nice if you have:

• Experience with data visualization, including Power BI, including Power Query, DAX and semantic data modeling
• Knowledge of Navy financial and data management systems, including Navy ERP, PBIS, Advana, and Qlik
• Knowledge of data science methods and best practices, such as data cleaning, structured and unstructured data analysis and aggregating multiple sources
• Knowledge of UI/UX methodologies and front-end design for dashboards and reports
• Ability to collaborate with analysts and business groups to translate requirements into reporting and dashboard solutions
• Possession of excellent communication skills for working across various business and technical teams

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
