As a Top Secret cleared Business Analyst for this program, you will work in an organization focused on developing and operating software for critical national security applications. The organization utilizes SCRUM, SAFe Agile methodologies, and strong DevOps practices.

Your responsibilities include collecting, managing, and prioritizing mission user needs, supporting development and deployment, and working with an integrated Agile team comprising architects, engineers, and support staff. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills, with a focus on usability, user experience, and engagement.

Minimum of 8 years’ experience is recommended, or equivalent certifications or past work. You will lead requirements gathering, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success. The position is contingent upon award and requires on-site presence in Washington, DC.

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including 3 years of related technical experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience

Preferred:

• Agile/SAFe certifications, Cloud certifications
• Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile Principles
