Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join the Enterprise Data Services (EDS) team, which delivers centralized data and analytics platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in workflow automation using ServiceNow, a solid understanding of modern data ecosystems, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
This role involves close collaboration with product owners, data architects, and developers to support emerging product development and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business needs.
Design and implement workflows using ServiceNow and other automation tools.
Work with developers to automate manual processes and validate implemented solutions.
Convert customer pain points into actionable product features and user stories.
Conduct testing and provide training and support to end-users.
Monitor and report on the performance of automated processes.
Contribute to the development of procedures for new and existing product offerings.
Support customer engagement, product marketing, and business improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
Proven experience creating and managing workflows using ServiceNow.
Experience identifying and automating manual business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, AWS services, and cloud data security.
Solid understanding of data lifecycle management, data mesh, data movement, data governance, data catalog, data lake, AI analytics, data access management, and data visualization/reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Certification in ServiceNow or related fields.
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
Experience working in hybrid teams and Agile squads.
