Sr. NetSuite Systems Analyst

Looking for a NetSuite Sr. Business Systems Analyst able to create and deliver value by automating business processes and supporting our Netsuite ERP application for our explosive business growth. The main responsibility of this position is to partner with IT stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement major projects and enhancements related to Order to Cash business processes as well as Procure to Pay and General Accounting.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, own, and deliver the Netsuite ERP application-related projects within the defined timeline
2. Automate new business processes and enhance the existing ones
3. Interact with cross-functional business units to define requirements and understand the system's upstream and downstream changes
4. Document and develop high-level, business process flows, requirements and design document for new business requirements
5. Interact with the development team to provide requirements and specifications
6. Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements in NetSuite
7. Collaborate with third-party vendors to implement new systems, projects and enhancements
8. Support the transition to SOX policies within the NetSuite ERP
9. Make configuration enhancements on the Netsuite platform per business requirements
10. Stay up to date with Netsuite's latest releases and review new useful features and functionalities with our business team
11. Assist in creating reports and dashboards for business users
12. Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements
13. Provide training to end users
14. Perform day-to-day maintenance and support tasks for all the NetSuite application
15. Workflow design, maintenance and troubleshooting

Qualifications/Your Background:

1. 5-7+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Functional Analyst or Netsuite Administrator
2. Netsuite certification is a major plus
3. Experience with consumption-based OTC process is a plus
4. Strong knowledge of ERP solutions specifically Netsuite and its related modules
5. Strong knowledge of Quote to Cash process and finance-related business processes such as Order Management, Billing and Collections, Revenue Management, Procurement and General Accounting
6. Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
7. Strong knowledge on Netsuite SuiteFlow and SuiteBundle
8. Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies
9. Excellent written and oral communication skills
10. Excellent interpersonal skills
11. Proven problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills
12. Highly self-motivated and directed by being a great team player
13. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
