Overview

Join a dynamic utility team as a Billing Operations Business Analyst, where your insights will drive accuracy and efficiency across our Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) platform. You'll be at the forefront of identifying billing anomalies, streamlining operations, and shaping system enhancements that impact thousands of customers.

What You'll Do

• Analyze billing data from Oracle CC&B to uncover trends in unbilled or delayed accounts
• Develop and present performance, operational, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage large datasets for deep-dive analysis and actionable insights
• Investigate root causes of billing issues using Excel and CC&B tools
• Support Billing IT projects: gather requirements, create/approve test conditions, and assist with change management
• Troubleshoot operational and IT issues, collaborating across departments
• Monitor smart meter data flow from Itron through MDM into CC&B

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 3+ years of experience in billing analysis or utility billing systems
• Advanced Excel skills
• Working knowledge of utility billing processes, rate structures, payments, and service orders

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
