Responsibilities:

• Arrive promptly at 3am and complete all baking tasks
• Bake croissants, bagels, and muffins
• Organize donuts and food prep for the next day
• Follow food safety protocols and standards
• Clean and organize the food prep area
• Assist customers when needed
