Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Create and curate engaging posts, graphics, and videos for multiple platforms.
Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing.
Engage with audiences by monitoring channels, responding to comments/messages, and building community.
Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes.
Maintain consistent brand voice across channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns.
Handle customer inquiries via social media.

Essential Skills

Creativity and strong writing/editing abilities.
Analytical and strategic thinking.
In-depth knowledge of social platforms and tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and content software.

Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports.
Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
Performs other duties as assigned.
