What is Required?
Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of experience in home care or health care industry setting
Social services work experience preferred
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, rules, and regulations
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license and insurance
You will report to the Intake Manager, Branch Director, Administrator or Alternate Administrator.
