Position Summary: The Growth Leader I is responsible for identifying and evaluating opportunities to drive business growth through data analysis and market insights. This role focuses on supporting key growth initiatives by providing actionable recommendations that optimize strategies across marketing, product, and customer acquisition efforts. This position combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative approach to help shape data-driven decisions that contribute to the company's long-term success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Excel models to forecast business performance and evaluate growth strategies.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, procurement, and other cross-functional teams to plan and forecast the impact of growth strategies.
• Collect and analyze competitor and market research to inform business strategies.
• Generate insights from data to support decision-making across various departments.
• Assist in creating and presenting reports to key stakeholders on growth initiatives and their impact on the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent advanced business degree required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced modeling and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytics skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with customer acquisition funnel and P&L metrics or KPIs.
• Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without "dropping the ball."
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a "roll up your sleeves" and "win every day" mentality.
• Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals.
• Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
• Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, and solve complex problems.
• Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:

• Undergraduate degree in a technical field, i.e., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL for data querying.
• Experience with Python and/or R for data analysis.
• Understanding of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and other data modeling analytics techniques.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).

Physical Requirements:

• Normal office environment.
• Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
