About The Role
As we embark on a transformative journey to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) across the enterprise, we are seeking a visionary Associate Director of Change Enablement to lead this strategic initiative. The Associate Director, Change Enablement Enterprise AI Strategy will drive the strategic vision, planning, and hands-on execution of AI change initiatives across the organization. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day executiondeveloping enterprise-wide strategies while actively leading implementation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of change management principles, AI applications in healthcare and business productivity, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex transformations.
Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Develop a comprehensive change management strategy to support the successful enterprise adoption of AI.
- Drive the strategic alignment of AI capabilities with enterprise business processes and goals.
- Shape and articulate the enterprise AI value narrative.
- Lead executive stakeholder engagement.
- Establish a change network across key AI programs.
- Foster strategic collaboration across AI leadership, IT, and business units.
- Collaborate with the enterprise talent team and other functional experts.
- Develop clear and compelling branding and communication strategies.
- Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Identify potential risks associated with AI adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of change enablement concepts, methodologies, or frameworks.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in change-related roles.
- Strong understanding of AI and data technologies.
- Over 7 years of experience using change management tools.
- More than 7 years of experience creating enterprise-wide and executive-level communications.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, creative communications.
- Experience contributing to global transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in diverse environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Formal training or certification(s) in change enablement methodologies or frameworks.
- Experience leading change enablement initiatives within the healthcare or medical technology sectors.
