Hybrid in Los Angeles, Emeryville, or Remote within California

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting persuasive legal briefs, motions, and memoranda for class action and MDL cases
• Conducting comprehensive legal research on complex civil litigation issues
• Collaborating with attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments
• Reviewing and analyzing discovery materials, depositions, and expert reports
• Ensuring all written work complies with court rules and procedures
• Participating in team discussions and contributing to case development

Qualifications include:

• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong focus on legal writing
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Admission to California bar
• Experience with class actions or MDLs is a plus, but not required
