Job Description
If you are a defense associate with 5+ years of post-Bar experience in litigation and are interested in hearing more about an opportunity with one of our best clients, reach out to me today! This firm offers fully remote and/or hybrid options and will work collaboratively with a team.
Ideal experience:

5+ years defense litigation, preferably including defense of general liability matters (premises liability, personal injury, auto/trucking accidents and construction defect cases)
Experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing motions, and assisting with trial preparation
Experience attending mediations, arbitrations, and or trials is preferred, but not required
Admitted in the State Bar of California
Resides in CA and available to make in-court appearances as needed (North California or Southern California)
