Architectural Drafter

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team, specializing in commercial architecture projects. You will play a crucial role in drafting construction drawings using Revit, coordinating project activities, and ensuring deliverables are met.

Responsibilities

• Draft construction drawings for commercial architecture projects using Revit.
• Coordinate all project activities, including communication with clients, engineering trades, and internal staff members.
• Ensure project deliverables are met.
• Involvement in all phases of projects.
• Occasional travel for site visits.

Essential Skills

• Full proficiency with Revit.
• 3 - 5 years of experience within architecture.
• Bachelor of Architecture or higher is a must.
• Experience in commercial building, particularly supermarkets or big box retail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to produce full construction drawing sets within a team setting.

Work Environment

The office has approximately 20 employees. You will join a team dedicated to commercial projects, working with high-profile clients such as Walmart, CVS, Trader Joe's, and more. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
