Job Description

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, preferably in Martech domain

• MUST HAVE : Proven experience managing SaaS-based marketing platforms like Naehas, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.

• Strong understanding of offer management, personalization, and digital campaign workflows

• Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and cloud-based architectures

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus

Salary Transparency:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
