*Qualifications:*
* 2 years of office administration experience or bachelors degree
* Microsoft Excel proficient
* Excellent communication skills
*Responsibilities:*
* Update customers on any damages or discrepancies on inbounds received into our facility.
* Check inbound receipt provided by our warehouse against packing list and data entry into our warehouse management system.
* Respond promptly to customer's inquiries via email or phone.
* Assist with managing and updating inbound appointment log and coordinate with trucking companies as needed.
* Communicate with warehouse manager and receiving head on inbounds beyond our promised window.
* * Other duties as assigned.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
