Administrative Assistant 1

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 1 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 1, you will be part of the Administrative Support Department supporting the team responsible for product design, user experience research, and development projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage calendars for multiple managers, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of meetings and events
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports to support team activities
• Assist in organizing morale events, offsites, and team requests to foster a positive work environment
• Support department financial operations and personnel activities as needed
• Complete special projects and administrative tasks to enhance team productivity

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 18 months of relevant administrative experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in providing support for travel, meetings, and financial operations
