What You'll Do

As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing the full cycle of accounts payable. From invoice receipt to payment processing, you'll ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance every step of the way. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing high-volume invoices (7501000/week) with precision and speed.
• Reviewing and verifying invoices for proper documentation and approvals.
• Performing 3-way matches (Invoice, PO, Receipt) to ensure payment accuracy.
• Prioritizing payments based on terms and discount opportunities.
• Managing vendor records, 1099 forms, and responding to inquiries.
• Assisting with month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Maintaining organized and audit-ready documentation.

What You Bring

• Associate's degree or equivalent college credit.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in accounts payable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Committing to a 4-month-long contract

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
