Troon/Icon Corporate in Bradenton is thrilled to announce an outstanding opportunity for a detail-oriented and service-driven Accountant to join our team. As an integral part of our corporate office, the Accountant will be responsible for executing daily accounting procedures with precision and professionalism. We're looking for someone who brings not only technical expertise but also a collaborative spirit and a commitment to excellence.

Essential Duties:

• Facilitate the month-end close process by posting general ledger journal entries, reconciling various balance sheet accounts, analysis of P&L accounts and providing explanations of variances.
• Assist with financial statement audits, including preparation of supporting documentation and footnotes to the financial statements.
• Responsible for maintaining billing schedules related to our domestic and international managed properties
• Other ad hoc projects for domestic and international accounting
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

Associate's degree (AA); or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (Preference for degree in accounting).

Physical Demands:

Frequently sits, uses hands to finger, feel or handle. Reaches with arms, talks or hears. Occasionally stands, walks, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches. Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds
