Tampa, FL -- fully onsite Mon-Fri

Candidates must be able to work on W2 basis without sponsorship. Only local candidates to the Tampa area will be considered.

Job Overview

As part of our team, you will create and submit invoices to customers, record and reconcile customer payments and records, and work to ensure collection of account balances. Our ideal candidate has two plus years of experience in accounts receivable in NetSuite ERP. Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy, an associate degree in accounting or a related field, knowledge of basic accounting principles, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must Haves

• 2-4 yrs of Accounts Receivable experience
• NetSuite or other ERP accounting software experience
• Experience utilizing customer billing portals (e.g. Coupa, Ariba, etc.)

Nice to Have

• Strong MS office, particularly Excel
• Degree in accounting or related field
