Job Details
Our is looking for a Workday Test Lead to join them. You will report to the Global HR Technology Manager and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY , a suburb of Buffalo . To be considered for the Workday Test Lead, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
- bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent number of years of related work experience
- t least three years of experience in supporting the administration and testing of Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
- Experience in a full cycle Workday HCM implementation.
- Work experience in business process or IT, including project management experience in a global organization.
- Workday HCM Certification is a bonus!.
- Development of a testing strategy and plans built from requirements elicited from business processes and technical teams to support the Workday deployment schedule.
- lign testing strategy and plans with the systems implementation team on the program timeline.
- Together with the systems implementation partner, manage and report the status of overall program execution of all phases of testing.
- Coordinate testing resources, including resources needed to prepare and accomplish integration testing with Legacy systems.
- Definition of the test environments and appropriate test date to test the software, including manually entered and data populated through automated loads.
- Ensure testing resources are aligned on scope, timing, and procedural expectations for every test cycle.
- ssess the company's readiness for testing automation and identify automated testing tools.
- Lead the implementation of tools if applicable to support software deployment.
